Meet Dalia Feldheim

Dalia Feldheim is an organizational psychologist, leadership expert, and former Chief Marketing Officer with over 20 years of experience at Procter & Gamble, where she led some of the company’s most iconic global brands.

At P&G, she didn’t just build brands, she built people. Dalia pioneered leadership training programs that became benchmarks for developing managers into confident, purpose-driven leaders.

Her work champions empathy, emotional intelligence, and resilience as critical drivers of psychologically safe high-performing organisations.

Meet James Michael Lafferty

James Michael Lafferty is recognized globally as both a business leader and a coach of champions. He has served as CEO for companies such as Coca-Cola, British American Tobacco, and Fine Hygienic Holding, earning recognition as a 4-time Forbes Top 100 CEO.

In addition to his corporate career, Jim is an Olympic Coach and mentor to Fortune 500 leaders, blending strategic expertise with a deep understanding of human performance. His leadership philosophy is built on clarity, accountability, and inspiration—qualities that have helped him guide organizations and individuals to peak performance.

Jim is also a 2-time Powerlifting World Champion, bringing the same discipline and resilience to leadership that he does to sport.

A Partnership Built on Trust and Experience

The story of this course begins at Procter & Gamble, where Jim was Dalia’s very first boss.

Jim was already a legend in people development. His mantra - “Take care of your people, and the business takes care of itself” - left a lasting mark on everyone he worked with. He mastered the art of feedback so completely that even the toughest conversations became moments of growth. You walked out inspired, knowing exactly what to do next, and confident that Jim believed in you.

Dalia carried these lessons with her when she became a people leader for the first time in Moscow in 2004. By focusing on trust, honesty, clarity, and putting the right people in the right seats, she built her first high-performing team, one where every member eventually rose to C-suite roles.

Years later, when Jim was preparing to leave P&G, he invited Dalia to co-train with him at his renowned People Development College. The room was packed beyond capacity. That program, covering the entire journey from recruitment to retention, became the blueprint for what is now the Team Thryve Framework.

Over time, Dalia layered her organizational psychology expertise, positive psychology training, and years of corporate experience onto the foundation Jim had built. Their approaches complemented each other perfectly with Jim bringing sharp strategic clarity and Dalia adding depth in emotional intelligence and human connection.

Fast forward to today: after sharing stages once again at a global P&G Alumni event, they realized the timing was right to collaborate once more. The result is the Team Thryve Course - the first-ever end-to-end recorded program in people development, built on decades of shared principles, tested at the highest levels of business, and enriched with their combined experience.

Together, Dalia and Jim embody the balance of head and heart, results and relationships. It’s this partnership that makes their teaching not only practical, but transformative.
